Floating Social Clubs — Made of Yachts
ARKHAUS is creating a new way to socialize, vacation, and even live luxuriously.
It’s developed a new type of yacht. These solar-powered vessels float independently as luxury getaways or even stand-alone homes. When connected, they form exclusive overwater social clubs and water-side communities. Members pay an annual fee to access these resorts, where they can socialize and attend events.
ARKHAUS is targeting the rapidly-growing luxury-travel market. This market generates $1.5 trillion in revenue each year and is projected to bring in $2.3 trillion a year by 2030.
In 2025, a key acquisition enabled ARKHAUS to assume control of its production and design processes. It then partnered with Lyman-Morse, one of the world’s top boat-building companies, and famed Italian design-company Pininfarina, to refine its design and scale production.
The plan is to launch its floating clubs in cities with waterfronts, starting with Miami — where the company has already launched a beta version of its yacht — before expanding to other metro areas with water access.
