Using three business units — Lagom Panel, Lagom Development, and Lagom Homeowner Services — the company creates a unified system for manufacturing, delivering, and selling homes more efficiently than traditional builders.
Lagom can build a home fifty-percent faster than traditional builders. Its 1,500-square-foot models will sell turnkey-ready for less than $250,000. Lagom has more than 5,000 real-estate lots in its development pipeline and a 200,000-square-foot factory that can build materials for 23,000 homes per year. It aims to build 100,000 homes within five years.
