In the U.S., housing demand continues to outpace supply. In California alone, an estimated three-and-a-half million new homes are needed by 2025.

Blokable offers a solution with its state-of-the-art building manufacturing system. The company can construct multi-family homes that are superior in quality — but at a lower cost and in far less time — than traditional development.

Blokable has tested its engineering and assembly process and expects to become operational in Northern California in late 2023.
