Worklete uses Artificial Intelligence to keep frontline workers safe.

The company has already raised $8 million from venture firms including Trinity Ventures, Kapor Capital, Launch Capital, and Aspect Ventures. And its platform is used by companies including Penske Logistics, Dr. Pepper, CBRE, and Nestle.

Worklete has created a mobile platform that builds personalized programs for workers in industries including transportation, manufacturing, and healthcare. These programs teach workers how to use their bodies correctly and develop preventative habits that reduce the risk of injury.

95% of employees at these companies rely on Worklete to keep them safe, while 96% of managers would recommend the platform. Worklete is on track to generate $5 million of revenue in 2021 and $15 million in 2022.

Workplace injuries are devastating to workers and costly to companies. Preventable musculoskeletal injuries (MSK) make up 56% of workplace injuries. And they cost companies $32 billion a year.

This is a huge problem. And perhaps surprisingly, most current solutions on the market only address MSK injuries after they occur.

Worklete takes a proactive approach. Using machine learning, predictive analysis, and smart-skill building, its platform trains frontline workers and helps managers identify and prevent risk early.

As mentioned, its AI builds personalized programs for frontline team members. These programs are based on the company, industry, and user-provided data.

Algorithms adapt based on the user’s interactions and results, continuously improving to maximize individual impact while minimizing effort. And managers receive alerts to identify and prevent risk (for example, Worklete might let a manager know that Jim has worked overtime three days in a row and could be at risk of an injury).

So far, Worklete has saved companies more than $15 million in direct costs, and these companies have achieved an average ROI of 420%. 80% of clients have either re-signed or expanded their contracts with Worklete.

Said the Vice President of Safety with Penske Logistics, “Worklete gives my team control and visibility. It has made my life exponentially easier — and I don’t need to hire more boots on the ground.”

Worklete is offered through annual contracts. These contracts are paid upfront using a per-employee, per-year model. Worklete achieves 90% profit margins.
